What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product. Existing-product logo branding and new molded ODM products have different requirements. Ask us about samples and smaller runs for your specific project.
Can you help with OEM and ODM projects?
Yes. OEM branding adds your logo or artwork to an existing product. ODM and bespoke development can include concept evaluation, 3D review, tooling, sampling and production coordination for an original product.
Can you match PMS / Pantone colors?
We support color matching and pre-production sample review. Reasonable differences may occur across materials and decoration methods; the sample and agreed tolerances guide approval.
How long does sampling take?
Standard sampling usually takes 7–14 working days, depending on the product and decoration. New tooling requires additional time. Rush sampling is assessed separately.
What are typical bulk production lead times?
Bulk production usually takes 15–30 working days after pre-production sample approval. Quantity, complexity and decoration affect the schedule. The formal quote confirms the timeline; shipping time is coordinated separately.
Who pays for molds, and are they kept for repeat orders?
New custom shapes generally require customer-funded tooling. Mold storage and repeat-order arrangements are agreed for each project.
What payment methods are available?
After an offline quotation, payment options may include Payoneer, ACH / e-Check, bank transfer or another agreed method. Credit terms require separate approval. This website does not take online payments.
What if an item has a manufacturing defect?
After a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we assess a reasonable remedy such as reproduction, partial credit or replacement. Normal wear and minor variations within agreed tolerances are not manufacturing defects.
Can I change or cancel an order once production starts?
After production or mold-making begins, major changes or cancellation may incur costs for completed work. Please contact your project coordinator as soon as a change is needed.
