A logo can feel bold, subtle or tactile depending on how it is applied. The right decoration method depends on the product surface, artwork, intended use and the appearance you want. Availability is confirmed for each item; one process does not suit every material.
Screen Printing
Screen printing can create a clean, direct expression with spot colors. It is worth discussing when the artwork uses a limited palette and has a strong graphic shape. The print area, surface and detail level need review before production.
Full-color Printing or Transfer
Full-color processes can be useful for detailed artwork and designs that need more color variation. The team will consider how the design works on the selected material, whether the background color affects the result and which process is available for that product.
Laser Engraving
Engraving can create a precise mark that works with the character of a suitable surface. The appearance comes from the item and its finish rather than printed ink alone. Review the proposed engraving area and a relevant proof or sample before approving production.
Embroidery
Embroidery adds visible thread and texture to suitable textile products. It can give a cap or garment a distinctive finish, but very fine lines or small lettering may need adjustment. Stitching, size and placement should be considered alongside the fabric and construction of the item.
Review Artwork and Color Together
PMS / Pantone references help communicate a preferred color, while proofs and agreed samples help your team assess the actual result. Different surfaces and methods can create reasonable visual differences. Ask about the production approach before assuming a digital preview is an exact match.
